A mysterious girl who has lost her memory arrives in the Lags Town in the not-too-distant future. Shu, a former police detective who now leads a motley crew of the S&A Detective Agency, tries to learn the girl’s identity and becomes immersed in dangerous intrigue. Can they protect their city from evil pursuers who will stop at nothing to retrieve the girl known as HW-9?
